After several years leading the design and delivery of buildings covering a wide range of sectors and project scales, it became clear how difficult it can be for practices to manage fluctuating workloads, tight deadlines and changing project demands. Landing jobs can be unpredictable and many teams need experienced technical support, without the long term commitment of internal overheads.

That understanding is what led to the creation of JNG BIM. The aim was never to operate as just a drafting service, but to provide skilled information model support backed by real architectural experience and technical understanding. Led by ARB Architect Jack Guerrier, JNG BIM brings an understanding of coordination, detailing, consultant collaboration and construction information that goes far beyond simply producing drawings or models.
